Denny Howell, aka Chef Kosmo, is a food enthusiast at heart with an Information Technology background. While
this may seem like a strange combination, however the two have merged quite well together. Strategic and precise
with a little bit of trial and error has helped him learn and run kitchen lines, put together party menus and
wine pairings for personal clients. Not only does he continue to love Information Technology, he also is a
cook for a very successful Acadian inspired restaurant, Mac's in Saline.
