Halloween Dinner was a Scream!!!
A menacing scarecrow and Dracula in teh window greeted guests as they arrived.
With a scary movie playing and nothing but candle light on and surrounding the 16 foot long dining table the atmosphere was set for a Spooktacular night!
The scent of mulled cider filled the room and the appetizers (Seared Five Spice and Sesame Ahi Tuna with an Orange Soy Reduction and Fresh Wasabi) were being devoured, the main course and sides we finishing in the oven.
Glasses of Blood Red wine, an Autumn Stuffed Pork Shoulder Roast and an abundant choise of side were served and a Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake dusted with cocoa to look like dirt with White, Milk and Dark Chocolate Skulls on top waiting in the background
This was an extremely fun dinner with a great group of friends! Thanks to all that helped make this happen.
